For 2009 sailings Royal Caribbean will determine on a quarterly basis whether fuel supplements will be refunded or increased. Refunds, in the form of an onboard credit, will be provided if the closing price of West Texas Intermediate fuel is $65 or less, at the closing time of the New York Mercantile Exchange, two weeks prior to the beginning of the upcoming calendar quarter. When those conditions are met, an onboard credit will be provided to all guests on sailings that begin during the upcoming calendar quarter.

Airfare: Individuals will be responsible for booking their flights.Go Astro can provide recommendations – generally passengers should plan on arriving the day before departure.Passengers should make air reservations as soon as possible.If you plan on arriving the day the ship departs please arrive no later than noon.Return flights should not be scheduled before 1:00 pm. Passports will be the responsibility of the individuals attending the reunion. Paying for drinks, excursions or any other service not included will be the responsibility of the individuals.

Entertainment - All ships offer a variety of entertainment.There are several lounges with a variety of music.Each night there will be a Broadway style show, a magician, or a comedian.They will also offer several passenger activity shows such as karaoke, talent and the usually hilarious Not So Newlywed Game
Activities – Explorer of the Seas will offer miniature golf, ice skating, roller blading, rock climbing, swimming pools, exercise gyms, whirlpools and saunas free of charge.
